Welcome to my story, where I share my journey from working in HR and Change Management to becoming an Entrepreneur. This space is all about reflecting on my experiences, learning from inspiring people like you, and striving for excellence in everything I do.

I studied at XISS, where I completed my post-graduation. This education laid the groundwork for my career. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with well-known companies like GE and RPG Enterprises, where I explored various roles in HR, Change Management, Post-Merger Integration, and more. My career took me around the world, allowing me to work in India, Singapore, Belgium, Germany, and the United States.

In 2014, I took the leap into entrepreneurship and founded Change Et Al. This marked the beginning of a new chapter.  Later, I created Bridge Et Al, a platform that connects freelancers and businesses to encourage collaboration and innovation.

But my journey didn’t stop there. I saw an opportunity to make a bigger impact at the leadership level, which led to the creation of Board Match-Up. This platform is built on the idea of the Flex Executive Economy, aiming to drive meaningful change at the top.

Before starting Board Match-Up, I took a course in corporate governance at INSEAD to deepen my knowledge. With these insights, I moved forward with a mission to empower leadership, drive change, and redefine excellence.

My journey is a reflection of the lessons I have learned, the experiences I have gained, and the transformations I have witnessed. I am excited to connect with you, learn from your unique path, and work together to achieve excellence in all we do.
