My educational roots trace back to XISS, where I completed my post-graduation—an academic foundation that set the stage for my journey ahead.

Within the halls of esteemed organizations such as GE and RPG Enterprises, my path intertwined with diverse functions: HR, Change Management, Post Merger Integration, and beyond. This voyage took me across the globe, embracing roles that spanned regional and global landscapes in India, Singapore, Belgium, Germany, and the United States.

In 2014, the seeds of entrepreneurship were sown with the creation of Change Et Al. A transformative step that paved the way for new horizons. Following this, Bridge Et Al emerged—a platform connecting freelancers and businesses, fostering a landscape of collaboration and innovation.

Yet the story continued to unfold. Recognizing an opportunity to enact substantial change at the highest echelons, Board Match-Up was born. My aspiration to facilitate impactful change at the top level culminated in the inception of this platform created on the principles of Flex Executive Economy.

Before the inception of Board Match-Up, I embarked on a journey of learning at INSEAD, completing a course in corporate governance. Armed with newfound insights, I moved ahead with the mission to drive change, empower leadership, and redefine excellence.
