Building the Future of Leadership

ABOUT ME

For over two decades, I have worked at the intersection of business transformation, leadership transitions, and organizational change.


My career has been inside large global organizations, where complexity was real, decisions carried weight, and leadership had to work across cultures, functions, and markets. During my years with General Electric, I had the opportunity to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across Europe, including building one of the largest HR shared services operations of its time, supporting more than 95,000 employees across multiple countries. Those years shaped how I think about leadership, scale, and the discipline required to drive change that lasts.


Over time, I realized that transformation is never really about process alone. It is about people. It is about trust. It is about clarity. And most importantly, it is about helping leaders make decisions when the path ahead is uncertain.


That belief became the foundation of my work.


Today, I work with CEOs, boards, leadership teams, and senior executives across industries to help them navigate change, strengthen governance, and rethink leadership for a world that is moving faster than traditional models were built for.


I am the founder of Change Et Al, Bridge Et Al, and Board Match-Up — three connected platforms built around one central idea: the future of leadership is flexible.


Through Change Et Al, we help organizations lead transformation through change management, leadership alignment, culture transformation, and executive assimilation.


Through Bridge Et Al, we connect organizations with high-quality independent experts and specialists who bring capability without the constraints of traditional structures.


Through Board Match-Up, we help organizations and executives navigate board, advisory, interim, and fractional leadership opportunities, building what we call the Flex Executive Economy.


Alongside advisory work, I spend significant time speaking, writing, and building thought leadership around board governance, leadership transformation, and the changing nature of executive careers. My work with institutions such as INSEAD, governance forums like Singapore Institute of Directors, and leadership communities continues to reinforce one important truth: leadership is being unbundled.


The old model of leadership was built around ownership, full-time roles, permanent structures, and hierarchy. The new model is increasingly built around access, expertise, timing, relevance, and trust. Organizations no longer need one leader for everything. They need the right leadership at the right moment.


That shift is what drives my work.
